I'm Kyung Won Lee, a postdoctoral researcher at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. My research focuses on applying cutting-edge statistical and AI methodologies to uncover disease mechanisms and develop precision medicine tools. Specifically, I develop and implement statistical models, machine learning, and AI to analyze high-throughput biomedical data. Additionally, I leverage causal inference artificial intelligence models to identify subpopulations with heterogeneous treatment-related outcomes across therapeutic interventions in cardiology, sleep medicine, and allergic responses.
